Allen Simanian is the founder and lead trial attorney at Simanian Trial Lawyers, where he focuses on Employment Law and Personal Injury Law across California. Known for his precision, preparation, and commitment to justice, Allen represents individuals who have been wronged, injured, or silenced by those in positions of power. Before founding Simanian Trial Lawyers, Allen worked at a prominent defense firm handling complex cases involving employment law, professional liability, medical malpractice, and legal malpractice. His experience on the defense side provides valuable insight into how corporations and insurers operate—an advantage he now uses to protect his clients’ rights. Allen earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he received a merit-based scholarship and achieved First Honors in both Appellate Advocacy and Mediation Advocacy for Litigators under the mentorship of the Honorable Judge Killefer. During law school, he also participated in Loyola’s Pro Se Mediation Advocacy Clinic through the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, where he successfully negotiated one of the clinic’s highest settlements. While at Loyola, he also worked with Team Prime Time, mentoring and coaching inner-city youth. Allen is recognized for his strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and unwavering dedication to achieving meaningful results for his clients.
